When recently on holiday in Pula, Croatia, I noticed this great modernist block of flats when walking into town and was taken with the lovely Adriatic pastel colours, but also the proliferation of satellite dishes.  Given their relative appearance and age I would think they were constructed when this area was part of the old Yugoslavia, which was also part of the Communist Bloc!
