I recently photographed at The Hungry Guest bakery in Chichester, West Sussex, for a feature in Waitrose Food magazine showcasing the increased popularity of artisan bakeries.  Troels Bendix is the man in charge and it was impressive to view the enthusiasm shown by all those involved in producing great-tasting bread – definitely worth the extra ‘dough’.  Troels very kindly gave me some lovely bread to taste at home and like him – i’m lovin’ it!
