Given my ongoing interest in traditional shops and their threat of potential closure, I am always seeking out suitable locations (shops or retail establishments) to document and photograph. Although this particular shop is long gone, it’s nice to see the original signage in place if only to admire the lovely craft of how shops used to present themselves and although nothing to do with the current tenants, I think it does enhance the look of this particular shopping street (Camden Parkway in London).  I would think Palmers pet shop (aka Regent Pet Store) would have been a fascinating store, what with the parrots attempting to converse with the monkeys!
