Always a pleasure to see the fabulous Royal Corinthian Yacht Club building in Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex. Designed by the eminent architect Joseph Emberton in 1931 and represented Britain’s contribution to the International Exhibition of Modern Architecture held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City in 1932.  Although not a prolific architect Emberton also designed the Simpson’s store on Piccadilly in London.
